In the context of the special nature of certain disputes specially the commercial ones and considering the needs of our clients, we exert our efforts in guiding the parties of the disputes towards negotiation and settlement to avoid the arbitration procedures or long litigation and saving the money and the time of our client while maintain a good future commercial relationship with their opponents after settling the dispute. Litigation is one of our choices but not the first.
